I'm new to Pocket PC's, but have owned a number of Palm devices over the past 10 years or so. My last was a Sony Clie N610C, and I used Intellisync with it. It allowed me to sync with additional Contact folders, like you're wanting to do. I haven't decided whether to purchase it for my X30, but I'm betting the Pocket PC version has the same capability as the Palm version. I hope someone here can confirm that guess.
