Hi everyone,

I am a rep from ATP, and I would like to do my best to make sure everyone is happy with their cards. We have had a couple reports about our 1GB cards having these recognizing issues. After some testing, it seems to only be happening on high speed cards such as our cards and the Kingmax cards.

We are currently running some more testing on the issue, but first can you try: using a USB card reader and windows to first reformat the card into fat16. The use the USB reader to copy files and NOT activesync. Let me know if this helps. Quality assurance is a our first quality, so we will do our best to make sure all are happy.
