On mine, I can go to Start...Settings...Menus (on the Personal Tab). I can check/uncheck the 'Help' item on the list. Not sure if that'll help if you deleted a file but it's another way to stab at it :)

Yep i tried that and its not listed there. No 'help' item to check or uncheck. (which is why i'm afriad i've moved (or worse deleted/unistalled) something.
But thanks for the help.
