Mobility Site - View Single Post - Tapping on a .jpg in File Explorer doesn't open

I swear I used to be able to open pictures (.jpg) by tapping them in File Explorer, now I can't. I've tried other file types like .wmv movies and they open by tapping.

Could there be a setting I'm missing, or my "Pictures" application is corrupt? If so, how would I reload just the "Pictures" application?
