Mobility Site - View Single Post - A bunch of "StartButton" icons showed up on Programs screen

I "deleted" them through File Explorer, and it all looked like a normal file delete, it warned me that they were applications, but I deleted anyway. But, they're still there on the Programs page, even after a soft reset. They don't show up in File Explorer anymore, though. Any ideas on how to get rid of them on the Programs screen?
