I use Easy CD-DA extractor file converter. But my question is: what is the best bitrate to encode in? I have heard people speak of 20 kbps. I used 32 kbps and the higher tones all get to sound 'metallic' if you know what I mean.

I use WMP to play them, but any suggestions on a better player for wma would be welcome too.
