Mobility Site - View Single Post - Can activesyc download "sync" to a pc? Or does it only upload?

For example, I have 2 computers, after an "upload sync" session to my mobile device from one PC, I want to then "download sync" from my mobile device to another PC. Is that possible, or does acitvesync only go one way (upload)?
