Mobility Site - View Single Post

So I used DVD Shrink first, then I'm trying to encode that file to fit on my ppc. I used this method with another movie and it worked fine, but now I'm having trouble. The estimated file size DivX Encoder gave me after I had all my settings done was 201mb.. but the file came out to 499mb!! Any idea whats wrong?
