I installed that program last week or so, but cannot get the skins to work. Should I have installed it to Program Memory, instead of my SD card? I cannot read Russian, and they didn't put all the skinning instructions in English.

Just download and unzip the skin file you want, then copy the .jpg files over to the xpshutdown program folder on your Axim.
