The ultimate PDA: Dell, listen to this

Here's my dream-PDA that I believe it's doable today tech- and price-wise:

* 624 Mhz CPU
* 128 MB RAM, 128 MB ROM
* 16 MB 3D card
* 480x640 4" screen (so real VGA is more bearable)
* headphone jack, integrated mic
* CF type I/II & SD slots
* BT 1.2, WiFi 802.11b (no reason for BT 2.0 or faster WiFi, the PDA I/O wouldn't handle it anyway)
* IrDA FIR (the FIR protocol is 10x times faster/reliable than the standard really slow SIR protocol used now)
* 180 degree swivel 1.3 MP camera (maybe with small flash at the back of the PDA)
* 2200 mAh battery: 6 hours normal use, 7.5 hours minimum brightness, 10 hours mp3-only
* USB 2.0 host port (this would bring a new meaning to expansion - should require OS update to support more devices, like external optical drives)

Other features:
* Ability to charge via a PC USB port as well as the power charger.
* Upgrade Pocket IE. As it stands now, PIE is circa IE 5.0 and it is _full_ of security holes. Either that, or include a free NetFront copy, like Sony/PalmOne do.
* Ask Microsoft to add audio/video chat on Pocket MSN Messenger. That's why I want the swivel camera able to face different directions: to work as web camera from one side, and also used as a normal video/pic camera (just like in the old Sony Clie).
* Include Skype by default in the ROM image. This is an added value for VoIP businessmen.
* OEM the Resco image viewer for use with pics and the digital camera. The MS image viewer sucks too much.
* Write an app that is able to grab video from the camera. Just like in the old Sony Clie pdas.
* Include a neck lanyard. No crandle needed (to keep the price down). No pocket case required (available as extra only).
* Include a VNC VGA-capable utility in addition to the Terminal Services one (optional, geek reason for adding it here mostly).

Suggested price: $499

I would gladly pay $499 for this (which is a price that's doable IMHO considering that the very similar x50v is $419). Would you?
