Question Does ABC-Editor work? (permanently add words to auto complete list)

In the Feb. 05 issue of Pocket PC Magazine, they mention a program called ABC-Editor, from PocketKai Software. It's supposed to allow you to make permanent additions/changes in your auto-completion list (your last name, for instance).

(The article says that while you can do this without the software, every time you soft reset you'll lose the changes. ABC-Editor is supposed to allow permanent changes to the auto-complete list. That sounds useful to me, and worth the $8 price if it works.)

Here's my question. When I go to Pocket Kai's website, it says:

* For Pocket PC 2000, 2002 is require: .Net Compact Framework

** For Pocket PC 2003 recommendable: .Net Cf SP2

I have an X50v, so I assume they mean the second bullet would apply to me. But what is ".Net Cf SP2"? Is it something else I need to install before I install their program? Should I?
