As reported A02 ROM still does not fix the BT & WiFi (turn on/off) problem. I think this issue mostly can be circumvented by turn off all Today plugins. The free utility Nopluginstoday (

This utility can quickly disable all today Plugins - You can turn on BT or WiFi and re-enable Today Plugins
