I park on a hill next to the University of Hawaii. I have to walk for about 17 minutes to get to my first class so I use my Axim as a MP3 player for the duration of my walk.
Once I get to class, I usually have about 10 minutes or so before class begins so I check my e-mail and check up on some websites before I turn the device off. It's kind of hard to take Physics notes with an Axim :).
Then I go to my next class, which is Economics. I bust out ClearVue Presentation and use it to view the Powerpoint slides that he posts up on the projector. Because he tends to cycle through the slides very quickly, I can use the Axim to review previous slides in case I missed something.
My next class after that is Math and I use the Axim as a calculator so I don't have to dig out my Ti-83+.
After that, I go to an engineering course. I use it to take down the homework that he gives us.
On the walk back to my car, I once again use the Axim as my MP3 player, and on the drive home a Belkin FM Transmitter works wonders while fighting rush traffic.
When I'm at home, I use it to watch videos when I feel like lying in bed instead of sitting at my computer.
The only thing that's kind of bad about the Axim is that, since it's not a full-fledged computer, I'm not as efficient and fast while using it, especially when trying to use word processor programs. But overall I'm glad I got the device over a laptop. It's MUCH easier carrying around an Axim compared to even a light 4 lb Powerbook.
