Also, Dell has set up a community forum specifically for requesting your order status. It seems that their website isn't exactly in sync with the actual status. For instance, the order status page tells me an estimated ship date of 1/30, but the lady in the forum told me yesterday that my order had "made movement", and she said it could go very quickly from there.
