I use the MS Reader converter also. It installs an icon on your MS Word taskbar. Once you have saved an open Word document, all you have to do is hit the icon and it will convert automatically for you. It converts the document to read in MS Reader on your PDA and saves it in a separate library under your Documents. I have found it keeps most formatting intact.
