I've got the K700i too, although (like Rabdo) it's on Orange. What he's advised is the next logical step; if you've set up a partnership with your laptop, etc, already then the APN on your phone may well be different from the default. I personally didn't need the "Z" at the end of the dial-string, but I have heard of people that do need to.

I'd get hold of Voda Data Support (either on the phone or through your service provider, e.g. Carphone Warhouse Vodafone or Singlepoint and get them to check all the settings with you line by line. Also double-check GPRS is activated on your account and is enabled on your phone (you have the little blue wave above your signal strength). Also try deleting all connections, etc, and trying again from scratch.

Failing that, borrow a friend's phone and see if you can link it to your Axim. If you can, then the inference may be that your phone has some BT issues (the fact that it links with your laptop doesn't necessarily rule that out, although it is a strong indicator that it's unlikely.)
