Check out
MorphGear. It plays TurboGrafx16, NES, SuperNES, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, Sega GameGear, Sega Master System.
No Genesis though. If you search the boards here, I think there was a post about Genesis emulator.....but don't believe it worked very well.
