Double click on the AS icon. In the AS window that opens make sure thate the details are visible (click the Details button if necessary) right click on what ever is marked unresolved, and click on Resolve. I think I know what item, it is an item in "inbox". But, I have no pending messages in the inbox. ???? Any more words of wisdom? BY the way, I have a 50, not a 5. THanks for your help!
