To choose which folders to sync:
1. Open up ActiveSync on your desktop
2. Right-click on "Inbox"
3. Choose "settings" and you'll be able to choose folders and subfolders that exist in Outlook

Unfortunately, no folders or subfolders show up when I do this (although an out-of-memory error appears!). When I've looked here for the other folders, e.g. Tasks, it also does not seem to allow me to select individual folders/sub-folders to include in the sync, presumably it wants to sync the default Tasks folder only. Bummer.

Sorry, I should have been more specific: Intellisync's Conflict Resolution will (i) alert me to the conflict, (ii) show me both items (the Outlook Note and the Palm Note, for example), and (iii) allow me to manually select which one 'wins' during the sync... this has saved me from mistakenly over-writing info many times. It looks like ActiveSync only allows you to set a global/general rule stating that the Outlook version
always wins, over vice-versa...not a case-by-case basis. Another bummer... I do wanna like the X30, dunno if I can live with its syncing capabilities.
