I like you have had my dell for over two years and NO need to call tech support truly no issues, grab and knock on wood quickly. Mine is a 5Xadvance. I never did the upgrade as they quit selling the upgrad cd by the time I decided to do it and truly I can do absolutely everything with the system I have. The mighty Axim 5X is a Work Horse in my book and worth every bit I paid for it. We have a two other individuals at work with the 5X they are our sales people who utilie them highly and NO issues to report.
