Looking for Application

Hi everyone,

Need some help. I am computer guy who does service calls. I need an application to track the jobs I do and get a signoff from the customer. I need to be able to have the following things: Job name, Client name, Contact (maybe coming from the already established contacts), Task Start time, Task End Time, Amount of time spent(computed/rounded), Cost and a box for a customer signoff. Maybe even multiple tasks per job. A big bonus if this could get synched with QuickBooks, but not necessary.

Is there anything out there like this or is this going to be something that needs custom development? If so, anyone interested?
