I had my cradle connected to my IBM laptop at work and have been successfully docking/undocking the Axim. However, yesterday when I docked it the whole laptop froze and went to a blank screen. The on/off button didn't work and neither did ctrl/alt/del. I had to take the battery out of the laptop and then reposition it. After that it started ok as did the Axim. I have only had the Axim this week so my experience of this is fairly limited. What do people recommend for docking/undocking- does it matter if the Axim is on/off, thanks :rolling:

Just curious Did you check the system log on the laptop?
