Follow up to earlier post. Contacted dell live chat on feb 11, Ashot Nirwan. Ashot said the problem was with my system and that it won't happen again.Told him I can't take the chance. He asured me it will not happen.I have two computers left, the cradle won't be used. I've order a bluetooth usb connector that I will try out. If I get real bold I might try the sugestion of Volwrath post above, to not plug the cradle into the ac outlet
