Well the biggest difference is the Palm uses the PalmOS which is a single tasking, albeit, fast OS. The Axim, otoh, uses PocketPC 2002, which is more like Windows on your PC. It multitasks, for example, with a Palm I cannot, listen to music while I browse a web site or play a game. On any PPC, I can, and much more. It all comes down to what YOU want it to do.
