pocket genesis (they were megadrives where I come from :))doesnt really work too well at the mo..if you crank down the refresh rate and o'clock the ax to 498 (if its a 400)...its >almost< playable...
I'm no fan of morph gearI like my emu's free if its possible ...theres an emu called YAMECE that emulates tg16 (pc engine) games , but its a bit buggy (and damn hard to find as well)
