I am trying to help a friend of mine. She wanted the activesync stuff setup. I did this. In the process, I setup a password which worked fine. However, after I left for the evening she decided that the password was too long and changed it. She cannot remember what she changed it to. Is there any way that I can save the data so as to perform a hard reset to be able to deal with the password?
