The EXE file is supposed to run on the PC and work w/ ActiveSync to load the files in their proper places on the PPC. You shouldn't have to move anything manually afterward. If unzipping gives you a .CAB file on the PC, copy it to the sync folder and when it's on the Axim, click on it from there.
