FYI, Windows Media Player can play mp3s just fine. ASync also has problems synchronizing huge files, I forgot the spec limit before problems can go wrong

If your WMA files are greater than 12MB (I think) or so there may be problems when ASync tries to bring them over to your Axim. Have you tried transferring files one at a time?
