Your processor is working overtime to fit that resolution to your screen. Make sure any other programs are closed and allocate more program than storage memory. That should help some.
BetaPlayer has a built in benchmarker. It will even generate a .txt file for you. Open BetaPlayer click on File > Benchmark.
