Hi folks - I had the exactly the same problem as LHBALESJR. But someone in another thread mentioned switching off BOTH anti-virus and the anti-hacker/firewall. I use Kaspersky Labs AV/AH, and as soon as I diabled them the upgrade went perfectly. You could try that... Good luck
