BetaPlayer will run in true VGA.
I am sure there are some others, but as PDA VGA screens are relatively new, few software houses have got round to writing programs (or adapting their exisitng programs) for true VGA.

There are acutally quite a few titles written to use native VGA resolutions *without any hacks* like Pocket Informant, PocketBreeze, ContactBreeze, Resco Explorer, Resco Photo, WeatherPanel, Bejeweled1/2, etc off the top of my head and others that are listed on the first page to this thread. The problem is if the developer doesn't make use of the VGA to create a really tight and small UI then people often proclaim it's "not true VGA". Whatever that's beginning to mean..
Some people just prefer a lot of screen real estate which comes with very small interfaces over VGA. Developers don't rush to cater to this because there are a lot of people out there that would hate working a UI that small. About all they could do is make it customizable or ofter a couple modes, which again adds to the complication.
