Changes:
- Bugfix: Rotation activated timeout
- Bugfix: Problems with skins using screen width for elements
- Removed "General Settings" dialog (remained only for compatibity reasons anyway), now shows setup menu
- "Align" option for Skins
- Small modifications to some graphics (esp. VGA)
- New skin
