Well I closed the poll because it is now outdated. The final tally is 44/305 which is 14% - the same percentage that has held steady since it first started. I am surprised that Dell hasn't appeared to have done anything about it but in a bizarre way I have to congratulate them on keeping this below the radar. I guess keeping a policy of shock and denial really works!
I'll keep this post stickied for a few more weeks and it would be nice if folks shared their horror stories or successes they have had with Dell (reimbursement stories ideally).
