Here is the reply fron NOVOSEC. It worked!

this happens very rarely... (sorry for this).

1. Be sure that "Load on startup" is UNCHEKCED in facelift settings.
2. Soft-Reset the Pocket PC
3. Uninstall facelift (maybe some files will be still in use)
4. Soft-Reset the Pocket PC
5. Uninstall facelift again (now all files will be gone)
