Intellisync is another of the "resident" programs that cannot be deleted cleanly. They run on reset, then park something in the background to monitor the connection port, or keys, or some other trigger that brings them to the foreground. These programs don't remove cleanly because you cannot delete anything that is running. When you try you get the "read only" error. To get rid of these programs, use Remove programs, then soft reset and Remove programs again. That usually cleans them up for me. If the second Remove programs doesn't show the program, just use File Explorer to find the files associated with the app and delete them directly.
