Mobility Site - View Single Post - Any suggestion for a email 'push' or notification software?

Hi I'm wondering if there is a program out there that will run on a windows PC with outlook which will check for email and then either forward the message to a phone/pda or just send a notification to the handheld device.

Kinda like how a Blackberry would work.
