SPB Time is what I use...its great as it allows you to have multi timers going at the sametime. Has a world clock on it also. I use it all the time when I am working. Its not free but they do have a trial that you can use.

It has 5 different timers on the same page. You can program each timer.
It also has 5 different timers that count up and you can even lap them.

World clock that lets you set 4 different time zones. I keep one on Zulu time. The other 3 I set to the different cities that I will be in for the week. It even has a map that shows you were its day and night.

Don't know if this is what you are looking for but for me it works great. Well worth the money I spent on it.
