I was just beginning to think that Dell had turned around, I mean the Axim x30 I know for a fact is absolutely great, but I'm so frustrated with their support that I'm about to stop advocating Dell again. McAfee's support sucks too, they keep telling me to call the other one but nobody is trying to fix the problem.

If the issue still persists, I would request you to please contact McAfee at 292-2000 then dialing xHELP (4357) and choosing #2 & they will do the needful.
