Mobility Site - View Single Post - Modifying the programs in the programs folder?

The programs listed in the folder are different than the actual ones in the programs folder through the file explorer. So how can I modify the ones in the program's folder from the start menu?

I installed Microsoft reader to the built in storage but it created an icon in the programs that didn't work. I suspect it's looking for the program in the main memory and not in the built in storage.
