Lost Partnership after AS 3.7 update
So I ran the ActiveSync 3.7 update. After the first hang and reboot, it seemed to go ok. However, after rebooting both the PC and soft-resetting the Ax, it won't sync. When I put it in the cradle, AS starts but doesn't recognize the prior partnership. The only choices are to set a new one or be a guest. Is there a reg hack I need to do to get this back and syncing? It won't let me delete the existing partnership - greyed out. I am concerned about losing data or somehow screwing things up royally. Any ideas appreciated. - mastman
