Thanks for the hints guys.
So far no luck. I made a new folder and everything was deleted from that one too.
The mobile favorites do appear on my PC after docking so either way they should have synced back up with the X5, right?

Not sure, but I think it may depend on whether the favorites in folders were actually created on your computer and not just synced with your computer. Give it a try and see if that makes a difference.
