Yes - you will have to reinstall everything, so try NOT to do a hard reset.

I found the page for PocketSTM, it's located here:

And on the FAQ located at this site, the following uninstall instructions are listed:

Tap the left control panel icon (task management element) and choose 'Help/About/Exit->Exit' to close PocketSTM. Next, go to Start->settings->remove programs. Choose 'White Dolphin...' and remove it.
