I recently recieved a replacement Axim as a result of an issue that could not be resolved. I want to sync my new Axim to my computer so that I can retrieve all of the information I had saved on my PC, but it is not connecting. Every time it begins to connect it stops.

"Looking for changes" then it just say: "Not connected"

Any help would be appreciated.
