Mobility Site - View Single Post - Outlook 2003 Contact and Calendar Notes not Synching

Synch works fine and brings over appointment and contact info. But, none of the info in the notes fields ends up on the Axim.
I am also unable to add note info to either appointments or contacts on the Axim.
Am I missing something here?
