I would reiterate what was said about the NIV from Laridian. The font is FUZZY. From their FAQ:

"Laridian Pocket PC products are compatible with Windows Mobile 2003 and the VGA display mode.

However, while in the VGA mode, the text may be somewhat fuzzy. A future revision of PocketBible will provide full support. We cannot offer a specific time frame."

On the x50v, it is only fuzzy in the QVGA mode. If I run SE_VGA, it is nice & sharp. This seems contrary to what the FAQ says.
