Now I am confused. I use E-Sword and I'm not Catholic. E-Sword itself is just a shell/reader program. Then you download whichever versions of the bible you want. You can have up to four different bibles, commentaries and the like. I like it and don't find it very slow and it installs to my CF card along with all its resources. I especially like being able to look up a verse in 4 different translations and then compare that against what one of the guides/commentaries says about it. Haven't tried any other programs, but esword works well.

I have Pocket e-Sword and have 15 Bibles, 4 commentaries, and 5 dictionaries installed in it. I was not aware of any limitations in the number of Bibles and other materials. I have everything stored on my SD card and it runs fine. The program isn't slow once it is started, just a little slow starting up.
I also have OliveTree Bible reader, which I like very much. I have it loaded with several Bible's and reference materials as well.
