However, that doesn't necessarily mean it's Windows Mobile 2005. Windows CE is just the backend OS behind the Windows Mobile (aka PocketPC) frontends.

I got windows CE builder through my school program, i'm an engineering student at Syracuse University. Also, it is similar in size and they give alot of their mobile stuff away for free.
