I don't see why not. If it runs OK from BIS it should do so too from an SD card.
But I suggest that you do what I did :-
1. Remove previous version 2.3 using Remove Programs.
2. Install v 2.4 to Main Memory (in fact to the Windows folder) by selecting Yes when asked whether to install to default location.
3. Activate 2.4
4. Move it to your SD card using Resco Explorer 2003 cut and paste.
5. Move the two small files mentioned in my earlier post as well.
I installed it to the BIS root directory. I did not create a separate folder for it.
