If you read this review about a beta windows mobile 2005 http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a...ews&id=601&p=2 you will see that it manages memory differently than 2003SE.
It uses the ram for the operating system and running applications. and the rom for files and programs. At least to my understanding.
Considering that it could be true, and that the x50v might get the upgrade, that could add a little more potential to the device.

Just thought I would would share what might come
