I would think XCPUScalar or what ever its called. I dont bother with that program anymore as it doesnt tend to keep my settings for autoscale and too many times I've had the axim crash at 663mhz or 728mhz (more at 728 tho) so i figure the auto feature works just fine.

should try modding the axim to put a heatsink on it
won't be long till we're moving to fans, peltier cooling, water cooling then soon we'll be pulling out the fridge compressors in the search for the fastest clock speeds :rolling:
